The Grande Albergo Ausonia & Hungaria is one of the most prestigious hotels in Venice Lido. Its more attracting feature is the imposing façade, the first in Europe to be completely covered by polychrome majolica: an Italian masterpiece of Liberty style. The building, dating back to 1905, still contains a great part of the original furniture made by the famous ebonist Eugenio Quarti.
